1st Stage - Born in 1968
In 1968, the American company Dupont took the lead in inventing and registering Riston® photosensitive dry film, becoming a revolutionary move to promote the development of electronic information industry.
2nd Stage – Development in 1983
In 1983, MacDermid, an American specialist chemical producer for the global electronics and printed circuit industries, registered and began production of AQUA MER ® brand photosensitive dry film. Once the products were launched, they were sold well in Europe and America and further spreaded to Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia markets through OEM manufacturing in Taiwan.
3rd Stage – China-made in 2010
Zhuhai Dynamic Technology Optical Industry Co., Ltd. invested a huge sum of money to acquire full set of patented technology and exclusive trademark right of AQUA MER® dry film, and started the manufacturing plant.
4th Stage – Upgrade in 2021
The brand upgrade was launched in Hengqin, Zhuhai, China.
